Original caption: "3/30/61: BOSTON: Released by Coast Guard Headquarters, shows an artist conception of Buzzards off-shore station which will be constructed and put into service later this year replacing Buzzards lightship at the southern approach to Cape Cod Canal off the Massachusetts coast. The upper deck of the structure will have living quarters for five men and the roof will serve as a helicopter landing deck."
