  • June 1, 1900 a steam blower siren fog signal was established, replacing the bell that has been on site since 1882.
  • Erosion threatened the station and in the 1932 a new, 31' iron tower was constructed inland. It was electrified, replacing the IOV lamp previously used in the 4th order lens.
